Debate: thick sauce or liquid for your poutine?

This debate is about gravy. In a previous article, I asked you to choose between gravy and BBQ sauce.
In another debate, the question was: ‘’when to pour the sauce? before or after the cheese curds?’’
Today, the question is simple, but it requires a lot of thought. Think carefully.
